Because the gym is my happy place.
Because I love seeing improvements in my body.
Because my day doesn't feel complete unless I've trained.
Because I want to get a few cheeky photos of me with a six pack.
Because I love making myself stronger.
Because I love challenging my body.
Because it de-stresses and energises me.
Because I genuinely feel prettiest with hair tied back with no make up and lifting heavy!
NOW YOUR TURN!!!
I am always on the hunt for positive Fit Friends so please feel free to send me a Friend Request!
HAPPY TRAINING Y'ALL!!! xXx

I Train Hard because;
.... it is just awesome !! I love strength training and pushing my body to failure ... you don't know just how awesome you are, until you push yourself to failure, and then go beyond .....
.... starting strength training at a fairly young age (14-15yrs old) taught me early on that you never quit, you never give up, you always keep pushing, you push beyond what your brain tells you you can do, you push through that impossible task (next rep, extra set, bleak situation, ect...), because you CAN do it, you CAN get there .....
and you WILL do it, and you WILL get there if you just keep pushing yourself, and never quit or give up.....0
