Hello!
I know that this isn't the first thread of this kind, but I'd like to collect info on logging crossfit WODs.
Is a HRM the way to go?
If so or if not, why? Are you or are you not seeing results consistent with HRM calorie burns?
THANK YOU!

I've been doing Crossfit for about 7 months and when I first started, I would use my HRM and get about a 700 cal burn. I haven't used it in a long time and just use 700 calories as a guide. It's just a estimate anyway.0

It woudl not be accurate. HRMs calorie estimates are based on steady state cardio. Lifting weights and the up and down of the HR during crossfit would affect the accuracy.0
