Looking for an enchilada casserole recipe?

Would be great if it were low fat (maybe even low calorie too!) and I'd really like the white sauce. I'm not a big fan of regular enchiladas. Ha, I don't even know what the white sauce is made of. Sour cream?

Got any recipes? I've tried searching for them on google, but nothing but FAT comes up. :)

    any white sauce is made with ceam or milk or cheese generally, so they will be much higher in fat. The red sauces are they way to go low cal. Have you ever tried mole sauce? it's awesome and works well on enchiladas. I don't have a recipe, but try looking up enchiladas with mole sauce and see what you get there.
