Am I eating enough?

I am currently almost done with month 2 of Insanity. My stamina and strength has definitely changed but no inches or weight loss. Insanity gave me an intake of 2500 and to lose weight I subtracted 500. I felt like that was too much, so I set it at 1700. I eat at 40% Protein, 40% Carbs, and 20% Fat. About 95%+, I eat clean and healthy. No diet soda/artificial sweeteners and at least 8 cups of water. Is it possible that 1700 is too low?

I would say so...Insanity burns a ton of calories. I'm guessing that you probably burn at least 500 in an hour of Insanity and you do it at least 4 x's a week. You're at a moderate lifestyle. So that means if you're eating at 1700 you're netting around 1200 most of the time. That's too little...
If insanity has you at 2500 TDEE, then I would up your intake to at least 2000, maybe even 2250 (TDEE - 10%) since you're at or close to your goal weight.0 -
ok Insanity as with any program does not make you lose weight or inches..all exercise does is make you stronger fitter and more muscular....the only way to lose inches fat dramatically is to activate your fat burning furnace! and thats by eating and not eating!0
