So i know that they are bad for you.. so please don't preach to me... im just a little stressed because in less than 2 months i have to walk a wedding.. and i need some help.. is anyone on anything right now that actually works? i plan on still eating healthy and exercise what i can ( about two months ago i had surgery and i cant really work out the way that i want.. i can only do cardio twice a week..) so anything at this point will help..

They don't work. If they did no one would be over weight.
Do what you can before the wedding but don't resort to pills. They are harmful and can permanently damage your body.0 -

You have answered your own question. They are bad for you. They are also ineffective.
Buckle down on food choices and perhaps do some light strength exercises until you heal from surgery.0
