A couple NSV's

I'm kinda new here, not really a regular user of this place, mostly just check out the success stories for motivation. I started working out with Jillian dvds a couple weeks ago.. doing 30 day shred, made it to level 2 and got bored so started on Ripped in 30.

So far I've noticed that a skin tight sweater is now loose in my baby belly area and my pants, which were too tight after my husband put them in the dryer.. (..argh!) now fit and are slightly loose. Also, I used to drink diet pop religiously, I was addicted and thought I would die of caffeine and/or carbonation deprivation. Today is my 5th day without it, cold turkey and I haven't felt better... so to those avid Diet pop drinkers out there, getting yourself healthy is the best way for you to realize you don't need any of that to keep going, you just need determination and a great mindset towards your goal.

    Great work! I've been off of diet pop now for over a month and it feels liberating. I love NOT giving my hard earned money to Coke and Pepsi.

    Wow yeah! It's awesome. Not to say I don't crave one here and there... but it's nice not NEEDING it anymore.
