To the women who lift.

I just want to thank you. Your hard work and dedication to reshaping your body is inspiring and motivational to so many others. While not everyone agrees that muscle definition, abs, and killer curves are a desirable feminine quality, there are many who find it incredibly attractive and appreciate the combination of strength and femininity that radiates from you.
I admit that I once was on the other side of the fence. In my ignorance, I thought that women who lifted heavy would gain too much muscle mass and take on a masculine appearance. Since joining here, I have learned otherwise. What you women gain is strength, both physical and mental.
Would bang you all,

Randi and Lea, you are both amazing examples of dedication amd perserverance. Both of you shed a ton of weight and went on to start weight lifting. Both of you have had incredible results and are more beautiful because of it. You both deserve a pat on the butt. You know, for congratulations. Forgive me if I linger.0

Well thank you. I hope to be as amazing as these other women some day. Keep lifting ALL the weights ladies!0

That is actually part of what I was thinking when I mentioned mental strength. Confidence in their body, their strength, and their ability to achieve. A lot of women feel weak and powerless at times. Strength training, I believe, helps them realize their physical strength. I am pretty sure Lea would throat chop a guy if she felt he was being aggressive with her.0 -
