Turbo Jam

So I just got the Turbo Jam Boxset (Cardio Party Mix 1,2,3, Fat Blaster, Lower Body, Punch Kick Jam, Rockin Workouts) and I'm just wondering, is there any particular order I should do them in? Is there some kind of schedule I should follow to get the best results?

    You can set up an auto-schedule at Beachbody for Turbo Jam. To sign up for free, go here:
    https://teambeachbody.com/signup/-/signup/free?referringRepId=8062

    Then you add Turbo Jam to your library of workout programs, and you can go to the WOWY SuperGym to view or add the schedule to your calendar. Holler if you need any help figuring it out!
