Clean Eating Recipes

Hello all! I am starting up on a clean diet and having troubles cutting out my snack foods. I have a crazy schedule where I am out of the house from 5am to 9:30pm 4 days a week (Gym, work, school). So I need to have snacks that are filling. The only clean snacks I could think of were fruits and veggies.
Lately I've been snacking on wheat thins and 100 calorie packs, which are far from clean! But, yesterday I came across this recipe for Quinoa Berry Bliss Bites. After reading over the directions I thought, "Well, the pictures look good, but I don't know about this." So I decided to make some.

THEY ARE AMAZING!
The ingredients are as follows

1 1/2 Cups Cooked Quinoa
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Zest of 1/2 Lemon
4 Packets Stevia
1 Tbsp Honey
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
Dash of Salt
5 Egg Whites
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Berries (If using strawberries – dice)

If you are looking for a clean, filling snack, this one is perfect. They are light, slightly sweet and over all delicious.
