Pick the one you will use the most consistently, with all the potential variables the same everytime. For example, I use my home scale on Wednesdays, first thing in the morning before I get dressed.

    Two things:

    1. Pick one scale and one time of day to weigh.

    2. The scale is a tool but is NOT the only measure of success. If the normal day to day, or week to week fluctuations are going to sabotage you, get rid of the scale. Or just weigh in once per month. Scale obsessions are not useful for long-term success.

Agreed. Couldn't word any of the advice the posters gave you any better. I gauge my success not only by the scale, but how my clothes feel, especially my pants. I get more confidence by tightening my belt by an extra notch than the scale sometimes.
