    Wow that is amazing! It is so hard to do so. That is about what my total is to do. I have lost a total of 50 lbs before I started my fitness pal. I just started. My question for you is how were you able to stay so focused. I have a problem of getting bored or something I am not sure. But I can do really well for a month or two and loose like 20 lbs but then I gain all of it back and go back to my old eating habits. How were you able to keep yourself focused enough to not go back? Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. And congrats to a new and I am sure better more healthy life.

    I try different things. I might do more rowing machine for a while, change my lifting routine, run intervals instead of running distance every day and throw in some Tae-Bo. Thank you for the kind words.
