Getting through DOMS and fatigue...

Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.....it's kicking my @ss today.
Compound that with interrupted sleep and I'm trying to convince myself to actually get to bootcamp class tonight.
It's only my second week back to bootcamp classes after a year and a half of being a lazy lump while completing nursing school.

I didn't think a M-W-F schedule would be too bad to start out with. Then I met the new trainer who may or may not be a little sadistic when it comes to upper body and core workouts. :devil:

Anybody else just starting a new workout routine?
