So, according to the wrist measurement assessment of frame size, I have a small frame. How does this affect my overall goal weight? Should it be lower as I have a small frame? What are your thoughts? I'm 5'4" and 141 right now...my current goal is 125.

I'm in the same boat....someone my same height looks amazing at 140 lbs., yet I still have blobs of fat on my butt and upper thighs at 126 lbs. BTW, I'm 5'5". If you're not happy at your goal weight, just keep going until you feel good when you look in the mirror. I think I need to be at 115 lbs.

It means that your goal weight is likely toward the bottom end of the BMI range. This is even more true for people who are short--the tables are overly generous toward short people.

I am in the high range of small boned. Wrist 5.5 in.
I look my best at the lower end of my BMI range, and still have a small layer of fat.

I have read that there is about 5 lb difference, on average, between small and medium, and medium to large. 10 lb spans the gamut.
( sorry cant post source it was years ago when I was trying to figure out my frame size)

    Cheers, h.

If you know how you want to look, that is your goal.

My goal is 44 chest and 32 waist

I'm there. I weigh 20 pounds over the "chart weight"

So it gets down to your goal, not a chart number

Good luck on reaching your fitness goals!
