Hey Guys,
What are some motivational quotes you like to think of during your runs/ workouts?
** We can either make ourselves miserable, or strong. They both take the same amount of effort.
** Shut up and Squat!
** I run because not everyone can.
** If it hurts, your workout is decent. If you push past hurt to numb, your workout rocks.
** Go big or go home.

I have many because I actually love quotes and everytime I hear one I type it in a word document and list them so I can reference them for extra motivation. Here they go
