Sodium Intake

Okay, so my diary is available for all to see. I'm wondering if my sodium intake is hindering me from losing weight. I feel like my sodium intake is WAY over the limit...
I guess my idea is that if I was retaining water, it would show on my ring finger... most times my ring hangs pretty loose. I also drink a ton of water and make multiple bathroom runs throughout the day.
How much does sodium intake affect weight loss?

Diary is not open, but generally speaking different levels of sodium intakes can cause large fluctuations in weight day to day. If you are in a calorie deficit, you are still losing weight. Sodium can cause large swings or mask it but it's not stopping you from losing fat. Sodium can also adversely affect blood pressure as well.0

Sorry--I forgot that my diary only publishes when I click the "Publish" button.
My sodium intake tends to hover between 500-1000/day. My blood pressure hasn't been bad, but I'd rather not trend the wrong way...0
