New to Weights...Help!!

I really want to start incorporating weight training into my normal exercise routine but I have absolutely no idea where to start. Can anyone recommend a training program or app that would be good for a beginner? I go to the gym regularly for cardio so I have access to lots of machines and free weights.

That's awesome to hear. Especially if you have access to machines and free weights.
In similar posts, I have heard a lot of people recommending "The New Rules of Lifting for Women: Lift Like a Man, Look Like a Goddess"
You might be able to find some suggestions by googling "beginner weight lifting women" , with various articles and videos as hits. Another thing you can do is ask a staff member if he or she has any circuit programs for members. Maybe a personal trainer would be available for a free consult?
There's a database of exercises on bodybuilding.com which could be a resource for you as well. You can filter by muscle group, equipment available, and build a program around that.
Here's a good article that talks about certain weight lifting exercises and a sample weekly schedule:

Good luck to you, and I hope you have great success with incorporating weight training into your fitness program.0 -

Stronglifts 5x5 is a great program. Simple, but effective! And has an app to track your workouts. There is a MFP group: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/4601-stronglifts-5x5-for-women0
