30 Day Squat Challenge

I started the 30 Day Squat Challenge today and I want to know if this will build up hamstrings? I really don't have any! I think that's why every time I went to do a squat I would fall back, it was tough for me but I did complete the amount needed for day one. I REALLY REALLY need to tone up my hamstrings and inner thighs, I'm hoping this does the job.

  • Incorporate different squats. Sumo squats target the inner thighs.

    Took pics Day 1 vs day 15 results are noticeable and belly feels firmer too! I'm upto 220 squats

    I just started a squat/crunch challenge today too!

    I second what toabetterlife says about incorporating different squats; those sumo squats will firm up the inner thighs like no other!

    Let's do this!!!
