Help & advice please ....

I don't know what happened in the past month...but I managed to gained 2 pounds...so I'm up from 146 to 148lbs....gotta review what I ate and make some adjustment. Friends said my less than 6 hours of snooze per day and my water intake was under the recommended could have a major impact on this weight gain...

    How many calories are you eating a day? How often are you working out?

    My work is quite physical with heavy lifting, so I consider that calories burned on average 5 hrs heavy lifting burning an average of 700 cal + walking pushing the double stroller with 30lbs toddler and 20lbs infant about 60 mins/day...beside that i don't work out any other way, except every now and then doing 60 mins x3 brisk walking...I ate 1200 cal + the cal I burned during the work etc. I think my lack of sleep and lack of water intake could have caused it.

    Hi! Sorry it took me so long to post back. I did look at your diary. The first thing I noticed is that you seem to be low on protein. Maybe try adding more lean protein to your diet. Not sure what your job is, but could you maybe have over estimated your calories burned? For me, watching calories alone didn't help me lose weight. I needed to have higher amounts of protein (over 120 a day) with less carbs (under 100.) Everyone is different, so maybe try switching things up. I don't sleep well either, but I don't feel like that messes with my weight loss. Good Luck. I know how frustrating it can be, but once you figure out what works for you, you will feel so much better.
