Hello, I've always generally had a good diet and been active, fairly fine with my health.

However, now I'm hitting 30 I realise I need to do more to keep my body in good shape; this is the first time I've paid so much attention to this, so we will see how it goes.

I'm with the Pru Health Vitality programme and this year I'm going to make a big effort to hit platinum level by the end of the year.
