I just checked out the list of ingredients on my ryvita package. INGREDIENTS: Wholegrain Rye Flour (95%), Salt. Seriously, it isn't 5% salt, is it? The Nutrition Facts list Sodium 60mg for 2 slices. Anyone got any 'light' on this?

hi.. I just got my pack out too have a look... it says per slice 0.07g..but I see what you mean about the ingredients list being 95% wholegrain flour .. and salt....surely there must be something else in it?0

Fifty milligrams of sodium isn't much at all.0

Perhaps they mean that the rye flour is 95% whole grain?0

Hi guys. The missing ingredient is water. I believe the water burns off as it is baked at a high temperature. All Ryvita crispbread is made of whole grain rye, water & a bit of salt. If you ask Beverley on www.facebook.com/ryvita, I am sure she will be able to explain more0
