Heart Rate Monitors

Hello everyone,

I am thinking of getting a heart rate monitor to help me with my workouts, I went to a Sports Authority today to look but there where so many and of course no one to ask a simply question. So I decided to come to MFP and ask for advise, do anyone have one and which one are you using. Are they really worth the spending the money?

Any kind of advise is greatly appreciated.
