Did you stay within your nutritional goals? no... prettty sure I didn't

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? didn't set any

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? enjoyed my day

What would I have done differently? track my calories

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and go for a walk

exercise weekly progress (Sun-Sat) - 0/7 days of exercise

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? finally, yes! for the first time in about a week.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? yes - to get my eating back on track.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? resisted food temptations.

    What would I have done differently? worked out in the morning.

    What is today's personal goals? hit the gym and don't over eat.

    exercise weekly progress (Sun-Sat) - 0/7 days of exercise. heading out for my workout soon though! i'll add that in tomorrow though :]

    What would I have done differently? a few less of the non-potent margaritas at the Fiesta B-day party- Really would I have had that much punch?:grumble:

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and do the elliptical for 60 minutes

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Nothing special

    What would I have done differently? Again eat the healthier calories and stay away from the easy snacks

    What is today's personal goals? Drop my calories a bit and stick with the exercise

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? I am lowering my intake by 100 calories and did exercise

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? After enjoying a a high calorie meal at Taco bell (Those choices can be way high - next time I will stick to the "Fresco" menuu!) :tongue:

    What would I have done differently? Check out the calories before ordering!

    What is today's personal goals? Stick with the program and get my palm and computer to talk to each other!

    What would I have done differently? Skipped the m & m's for something better

    What is today's personal goals? Windows washing, get away from the desk!
