ADD/ADHD, chornic stress/anxiety?

Sorry, I didn't really know where to post this.
Anyways, I was looking for some pals that have ADD/ADHD that I could get a little more info from. I am in my early 20's and never been diagnosed but just knowing the basics I am wondering if I suffer from this or high levels of chronic stress/anxiety to the point my body is addicted to it. I know that sounds crazy but I physically cannot sit still and it kills me to focus enough to study for a test, and not your normal college procrastination which is what everyone automatically assumes.
Even going to see a movie at the theater is difficult, I usually have to get up at least once or I get really anxious. I don't read books for the same reason, I cant sit still long enough to get through more than about 1/2 a chapter.
Anyways, I am not saying I have ADD/ADHD but more wonderfing if anyone has or does feel this way. It's not a case of being bored, but idk how to describe it. I work out an average amount and try to keep myself busy with hobbies to try and release some of the pent up energy, but sometimes I am physically so tired to workout or do anything but yet the rest of me is racing.

It's not like I can't get through my days, I am an B+ college student (at a very difficult university) so I function, its just more annoying to me. I really just want to be able to go home and relax rather than feel like I can't sit still.
Anyways, I was just hoping to talk to someone who has the similar.0 -
