What's your favorite cardio move?

I love skaters. Even when I am exhausted, the momentum pushes me through.

    I really love jumping jacks and jump ropes with out the jumprope just imitation jumping the kind Jillian does in her videos. I feel strong and gets my heart rate up up up.

    what i like the most and would do often if it was more available to me and didnt cost more: boxing/kickboxing

    Walking/jogging but if it was possible I would swim everyday.

    Deadlift, bench press

    Burns calories a lot longer then any cardio move.

    Totally get the love/hate relationship with burpees! Mine are jumping plie squats, mountain climbers and kickboxing.

    If I could do it, it'd be running till then I'm doing the Couch 2 5k. Then on my off days the elliptical.
