Keep Going Over on Sugar

So, nearly everyday I go over the goal on sugar. However, my real question is how important is it that I stick to the sugar goal? Granted, the most I've gone over is like 10. The reason I'm going over is because I eat so much fruit, particularly bananas and apples.
Currently, I'm inclined to think that going over on natural sugar is better than going over because of a snickers bar, but I could be wrong?

Unless you have a health concern that would require you to track sugars you should be fine. Sugar is a carb and you're already tracking that.0
