hi guys
ive been to ww in the past lost 4 stone got preg, gradually been gaining since now back at square 1, the ww propoint system is crap compared to the old was and cant seem to get the hang of it al all, so when i let my membership expire i thought id come and try and give this a go. im only 5 foot and small frame. eating 1200 cals seems to make me maintain, can you advise who much you loose and if anyone eating below 1200?

I am 5'1" and I calculated that I need more than the 1200. Research BMR and TDEE on google. You would be surprised. Some people lose on 1200 some don't it just depends on you Good Luck!! You can friend me if you want. It is definitely a journey0
