Exercises with a twisted ankle?

So..other than hobbling about on crutches and teetering with a boot (which is DAMN GOOD exercise), what are some exercises (or links. Links are good) that I can do with a messed up ankle? I know I can do "upper body" but could I have some suggestions? What you you do? Chair aerobics? What strength training do you do? I can't go to the gym exactly, nor do I own any weights, so I'd have to do my work out at home. Help?

**Please give me like, legitimate exercises or suggestion...not like "buy some of those and do it"**
