Adding in exercise from a DVD?

How do I add in exercise from a dvd? I am new to MFP and didn't see an option to add in an exercise dvd towards my cardio. Thanks for any help..

    What DVD was it?
    I add aerobic DVDS as Aerobics for however long it is.
    If it's 30DS or other Circuit Training style DVDs I add them as Circuit Training.
