Hi im new to mfp and im just wanting to know what my tdee actually is i no my bmr is around 1490 but when ive tried to get tdee online i get different numbers each time.
Im 24 5 ft 7 female weigh 156lb and work out 6 days a week 40 min - 60 mins per day so i would say that is light to moderate exercise.
If anyone could give me any help in this area i would be very grateful as i haven't a clue which figure to go with. Im currently eating at 1560 but want to know tdee as do not want to gain ANY weight
