question about ezekiel bread

    I wasn't sure what it was so I just did some searching and found a recipe if that will help? http://allrecipes.com/recipe/ezekiel-bread-i/ looked very nutrious but like I said I never heard of it and worst part I'm in the Twin Cities. it seems to be extreamly high on calorie count per slice. Carbs are about 40g
