So whats everyone making for Cinco De Mayo??

im making crock pot black beans with chorizo

spanish spiced chicken thighs

rice and pigeon peas

tostones

maybe some ground turkey tacos depending...

going to be eating this stuff for the entire week!

    I'm going with barbacoa enchiladas... Still debating the sides!

    We are doing chicken tacos, homemade taquitos, homemade salsa, and mexican rice and beans. Possibly some other sides but haven't decided exactly what yet.
