So I am trying to be as accurate as possible in the info I give when calculating my TDEE. I own and operate a cleaning business and am doing physical work 6-9 hours a day. Should I be entering in my activity level at the highest point? I also work out 2-5 days a week (usually on the lower end) depending on the energy I have after working.

I use the IIFYM site because it has a calculator based on your activity level- you can enter how many hours of activity and has examples of light or very heavy activities.

click on [enter activity level] after you have entered your basic info and it will give you a drop down menu where you can enter more detailed info.0 -
