1 month of gym-anniversary.

I have been going to gym every day for the last month.

The pictures are not quite before and after the gym, but more of a general success.

    Dude, i feel you...I love not feeling my ( . ) ( . ) 's bouncing around on a rough road.
    Hopefully you are lifting too...one day, by accident you touch your chest and you feel rock hard pecs (or the baby buds of pecs starting to grow)....man, that is a great feeling....and you will notice chicks looking at you discreetly.....Keep up the good work.

    I am on 1.600-1.700 calories since last week.

    I used to be on 600 calories but I stopped that and slowly increased it up to where I am now.

    I spend 2 hours in gym daily. 1 hour cardio, 1 hour weights.
