Full or Half

Which one are you? Full effort or do you succumb to a half hearted attempt sometimes. I will say that half the effort is better than no effort, but keep in mind if you really want results on your journey to fit then doing half effort all the time will only get you half the results. Push yourself to give full effort most of the time. We all have those days that exercising is hard and giving full effort just isn't happening. It's ok, don't beat yourself up over it. Be proud that you at least got moving.

unless your half attempt leads to bad form. then its better to not do it :laugh:
Anyway, yes, sometimes I stop halfway through my work out and not finish it.:embarassed:0 -
