Just had this last week in Costa Rica from a small organic cafe that made this tropical salad from their garden out back. (Yes, those are meh toes). :)

    That is one gorgeous salad! My stomach has been out of sorts the past couple days, so dinner is boring banana, dates, yogurt, and cereal, but I'll jump in the next time I am poised to eat my weight in colorful veggies again.
