How was my diary today?

Today I decided to start eating 1200-1400 calories instead of my usual 700-1000 calories. I just wanted to know what you think of the food I ate today and if I made good choices. ^^.

Usually I would have exercised 300-700 calories off, but my shin splints got really bad (to a point when after running a lap I can hardly stand) so I'm resting them for awhile and will start exercising again Monday. :)

It looks good to me. I'd maybe suggest a hard-boiled egg in the morning for some quick protein. And I'm also glad to see that you're upping your calories to a more substantial amount. Good job so far.

Thanks for the advice! and I'm glad I did it too, after not eating many a day it feels like I ate a bunch. xD

you are doing a good job on protein. I would add more fruits and vegetables (preferably fresh and aim for 5 a day). Make sure when you do work out that you eat back your calories. Make sure your "net" calories are at least 1200 (net = your total eaten calories minus exercise calories). I am glad you are choosing to eat a healthy number of calories .

If you're a peanut butter lover, I'd definitely recommend PB2 (the chocolate one is especially tasty). It's a powder made of roasted peanuts without all the fat. 2 tbsp = 45 calories. It's so yummy! They have it on Amazon.

I'm glad you're upping your calories... 1000 is definitely way too low. Depending on your height and weight, somewhere between 1300-1500 NET calories sounds reasonable for healthy weight loss.

Thanks! Usually I eat a bunch of fruit, just today I didn't really eat that many, and for veggies, I'm trying to up my intake on them also! Btw, I was only eating 700-1000 calories because I was getting a bit too obsessive about them, but I realized I was being stupid and would eventually hurt my body.
