Hello, I absolutly Love this site, but i have a problem keeping track of my daily foods, and workouts. I have no problem working out, but i LOVE to eat! I would love to add some friends on here to help keep me motivated! If your interested just add me, i have no idea how to add friends on here! :happy:

    Logging food was always a challenge for me as well. Right now I log hardcopy because I'm counting weight watcher points but I do log the food on MyFitnesspal on a weekly basis to see my calorie count. One thing that works for me is adding as much in the morning as possible. I take 5 minutes before work and log my breakfast and what I've brought for snacks and lunch. Then I know where I stand for dinner. Also, on the weekends when I don't have most of my food in front of me in the mornings...I found that logging right before I eat helps me keep things under control. I've even used my cell to look up nutritional values while out. Writing it down before I put it in my mouth has worked best for me. And when I slip up...I still write it down even if it shocks and upsets me.
