Any northwest fitness buffs?

Love to work out at the gym, mostly lifting weights. Especially like functional routines where the exercises are similar to real life activities. Love to sweat and feel exerted. It calms me down so I can handle life better. Also love bicycling, especially this route that takes me along the Columbia River.
Am an attorney so I spend a lot of time sitting in front of the computer, like now. So my body complains if I sit too long without getting up and doing something. Lately, have taken to getting 5 minute breaks dancing in living room to Taylor Swift, Beach Boys, and Rolling stones.
Also log food. A trainer once told me that working out is only 20-30 percent, the rest is what you eat. Would like some support logging both food and exercise.
