I have been running off and on for the past 4 months or so. I've really buckled down and got serious the past few weeks. It seems like the more I run the less I feel like eating. Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions? Today I ran 1.68 miles and didn't feel like eating the ribs and sausage my husband spent all day BBQing.

I actually have the same problem! I run in the morning and wait to have breakfast until after I run. (I do have a snack like yogurt or a banana before running.) I have modified my breakfasts to be a little smaller and I basically made myself eat (not to the point of being nauseous or anything, just making sure I ate breakfast). Now it's become part of my routine to eat after running, and my appetite is going back to normal.0
