How long eat at tdee? is this my tdee?

I am posting this here since the TDEE group is pretty dead...I read the thing about how long it should take metabolism to reset and I gained 1 lb back which I expected and have maintained at this weight for 3wks eating about 2000 calories a day give or take 100-200 per day (I am not a person that eats on the dot but I stay in a small range). The TDEE calculator on scoobys workshop my tdee should be 2270 and the 15% cut should be 1916. Should I try and eat up to that 2270 even if I am not gaining weight now? I was eating at/below my bmr (1550) prior to jumping up to 1900-2100 calories per day.

One thing that has helped me lose during a stall (and believe me, I was stalling for awhile) was to vary my calories each day. You can focus on your TDEE, but to keep your body guessing and metabolism revved, eat a variety of calories per day. One day eat typical, then the next eat lower. Try to have a higher day near the middle of the week, and eat at the lower end the few days before WI day. Here's an example of what I typically do to lose:

    M - WI day - approx. 1400 - 1600
    T - 1300
    W - 1500
    Th - 1700 - 1900
    F- 1300
    S - 1400
    Su - 1200 -1400

I guarantee at minimum a 1/2 pound loss, and at max 3.5 pounds. It also depends on what you eat, how much you burn through exercise, and how much water you consume. Nutrition is 80% weight loss, so focus on the healthier options and you should see a difference fairly quickly.

I swear by variation. Even when it comes to nutrition. The more variety, the more nutrients and the more your body functions properly. The more variety in exercise, the more your metabolism will remain high. The more variety in your regime, the more likely you are to be consistent toward achieving your health goals.
