help where to start with core and strength etc

Hi Caring4Cath here,

Help, have started walking, have to get more consistent, but need to take care of rest.
So how does all this other exercise work? core training, strengthening etc.
Low budget needs to preferably be done at home.

Advice please.

    Jillian Michaels 30 day shred is a good place to start, you just need a couple of handweights and each level is on you tube. Or you could try printableworkouts.com and search for exercises that need no equipment. I like vinyasa yoga vids on youtube as well.
