Jello Dreamsicle Salad
This is super easy dessert that makes a huge amount:
2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding
1 (3 ounce) package orange Jell-O
1 1/2 cups boiling water
2 15 ounce can mandarin oranges
1 (16 ounce) container Cool Whip
I used regular pudding mix and regular jello but sugar free could be used. A serving is one cup for 237 calories. So i only had a 1/2 cup.
Directions:
1. Combine the pudding, Jello and boiling water and dissolve completely in large bowl.
2. Add the Mandarin Oranges (with juice).
3. Fold in the Cool Whip and let chill for two hours in fridge before serving.
