Insanity!

Well, as most of you know, Beach Body's Shaun-T is back to his old tricks with another amazing fitness DVD set. This one is called Insanity.
I purchased Insanity a couple of days ago and I am waiting for it to come in. It comes with a nutrition guide and a few other neat things. Several DVD's. Oh, and a calendar that tells you which DVD to do that day. At the end of the 60 day challenge, if you send in your before and after shots, they will send you a t-shirt that says "Insanity" on the front and on the back "I Earned It!"
I am pretty pumped about this. I have seen, read, and heard so many success stories of people who have done the Insanity 60 day challenge. My mom is even going to do it with me. I think that will be one of my biggest inspirations
Has anyone else done Insanity? Have any thoughts or encouraging words?
Thanks for reading and good luck everyone!

IT is awesome program, stay away from the scale, and be prepared to be sore for a few days at the start of each month.0

Good luck! I just finished first week of Insanity. It was tough at the beginning, even though I've been doing Ripped in 30 and other DVD workouts prior to Insanity. My muscles were still sore, I gained a little on the scale (probably that's why wnbrice advised you to stay away from the scale) but I think it was water. I also felt really bloated which I think was related with too much water (~10 cup / day) and very low sodium diet, meaning electrolyte imbalance. Overall, first week was tough, but I decided to stick with it and yesterday during my first day of week 2 I felt so much stronger! Can't wait for next week's fit test0

Awesome, Kisserek!
I understand that weight will fluctuate some as you go through the fitness journey. I am not really doing it to loose weight, though. Simply gain some muscle. I want to burn my little bit of tummy fat that drives me crazy!
As advised, I will keep away from the scale and just wait until I can see the body results.0
