subway chicken salad

So a 6 inch is only 340 calories, pretty amazing for chicken salad! Has anyone tried it and was it any good?!?

    omg i seen the comercial to that it looks really good.
    I think I am going to try it tomorrow for lunch.

    I tried it and realy liked it..has a sweetness to it cause of raisins and other fruits...but i did like it...heard some peeps dont...

    LOVE IT! LOVE IT! Our subway has it year round, but with the humid Nebraska weather heating up, it becomes a staple on my menu, especially when Im working late night shifts. Chicken salad sandwich loaded down and messy with tonsof vegtables and a cold diet coke, YUM.

    How about I got online to post about the chicken salad?? Had one for dinner tonight and LOVED it! I loved it so much I couldn't believe it was only 340 and 8fg! Which I found out on this site...the subway I went to had no idea...Anyway, try it! I didn't need cheese, extra mayo or anything. It was tasty and filling too!!!!!

    so what all is in it?

    I am allergic to nuts and sometimes the chicken salad with fruit has nuts in it.

    It looks really good too.
