Breakfast Sausage Recipe - OMG!

I posted before how delicious it is to make your own sausage but didn't include the recipe. This is so much healthier than regular breakfast sausage! And its delicious. I figure for 12 patties, it comes out to 98 calories, 14 grams protein and 5 grams of fat for 2 patties!

Things You'll Need to make a LARGE BATCH of seasoning mix:

DO NOT USE THIS ENTIRE BATCH AT ONCE!!!!!! ONLY USE 2 TEASPOONS OF THIS PER POUND OF MEAT!

2 tbsp. salt or to your liking. Original called for 4 tablespoons but 2 but plenty.
4 tbsp. sage, optional
4 tbsp. thyme, optional
1 tbsp.cayenne pepper, optional
1 tbsp. rosemary, optional

Mix this together and store in air tight container.



******Use 2 tsp. per 1 pound 93/7 ground turkey. Form into 12 patties.*******
