Strength Training Tracker

Hi everyone - I'm new to MFP and I'm wondering how the Strength Training Tracker works. It doesn't seem to show any calories burned but is that because the strength training is meant to just build muscle? Wouldn't you still burn calories doing the strength building? Just curious. Thanks!

    You can log weight and reps there but look up strength training under cardiovascular exercise to show calories burned... also keep in mind these are estimates and may not be very accurate. Welcome to mfp and good luck :smile:
