Is there a way to log things like crunches and squats?

Hi friends! I'm currently on day 5 of the 30-day Ab Challenge and Squat Challenge. There doesn't seem to be a way to log exercises like these that are less time-dependent and more rep/set-dependent. Is there a relatively accurate way to log these types of things or should I just let my exercise monitor (Fitbit) figure it out? I'm stingy when it comes to calories burned so i want to squeeze as much out of everything I do LOL!
Thanks and I just hit my 13 lb loss after plateauing after my first 8. Keep up the great work everyone
