How much weight needed with Chalean Extreme?

I'm planning to move on to CLX after I finish JMBR. I see descriptions saying you need heavy weights, but not what that exactly means. I'm looking at a 40 lb set (20 per arm). Is that enough? I'm doing it mainly for toning and to hopefully tighten up any sagging.

It depends on how strong you are to start with but in general you'll need a range of weights rather than just one. 20lb per arm will be OK for some exercises but for smaller muscle groups, e.g. triceps, it'll be too heavy.0

Thanks. The set I'm looking at will probably work then, since it's adjustable with 40 total (20 per arm) as the maximum.0
