If you've gained 7 pounds of actual fat (and not just water from eating high sodium food at work then not drinking enough water to flush it out), then you must by definition be eating above your daily maintenance calories. That might mean you're not tracking everything as well as you could, or perhaps even that you've damaged your metabolism by eating too little for too long.
The keys to weight loss are to set your goals properly--go to this thread first for help with that: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/975025-in-place-of-a-road-map-short-n-sweet
Then make sure you're being as accurate as possible in tracking your calories. That might mean getting a heart rate monitor or Fit Bit to get a better idea of the calories you're burning, and a set of measuring cups and a food scale to better track your intake.0 -
I don't think it's possible to stop eating McD if you work there, but if there's a way to not eat it, try. It's great that you have decided to stick with it. I think if you are patient, and work at it, you will eventually see the results you want.0

If you have been at it for a while, and I assume you have because of your excellent progress thus far, then maybe your body has adjusted...it is normal and our bodies always want to reach plateau - to stop changing. So shake it up a bit - eat at maintenance for a month, get back to moving, and see how it goes - then either up or down with calories and change up your workout routines. Sometimes it takes months of changing it up to find the way that your body responds to. Keep at it because it will eventually work!0

You can do it girl!!! You just have to eat! Try your hardest not to eat work food because it is seriously high in sodium. There's no need to drink so much water. 8-10 glasses should be sufficient to keep you hydrated and help you lose. Definitely get back into the swing of things with exercise. You are active right now working, but within a few weeks your body will have adapted to it and you will need that extra calorie burn to get results. Get J to walk with you and your bub, and that way yall have some quality family time plus the chance to focus on your goals.
Try preparing meals ahead of time, and getting fruits and veggies that you can bag up and take with you. Pay attention to labels and make sure that you aren't getting things that are too high in sodium. I try to avoid things that are 25% or more of the sodium on the labels. Since it pertains to 2000 cal per day, that means that it is high for a calorie deficit.
Take a water bottle with you everywhere! Fill that sucker up and keep sipping on it throughout the day.
Get moving! Just get up and do it! If you have been sitting for awhile and don't have anything to do for the moment then that is the best time to get up and pop in Leslie Sansone or Jillian. Get up and stretch! Go outside and walk around the house a few times or back and forth to the mailbox. Grab some cans or dumbbells and do some upper body work while you are watching tv, and do squats and lunges. Every little bit counts hon!
Just don't give up! I'm with you on this! You've got this!!!0 -

Walks are a great way to get back into activity especially when you can do them with your family. You might want to recheck the calories on the Mcwrap though. The website lists the lowest one as 360....unless you're leaving the chicken out maybe? Accurately tracking everything I eat and drink is my biggest thing.0
