Man!! March was a TOUGH month!! It was a GREAT one because I broke 200! BUT, it was like pulling teeth to get there. Since Sept, it was definitely my hardest month so far. It started out well but definitely messed with my head the rest of the month. Check out my Feb-April progress!! It's amazing I didn't go crazy! lol
BUT, as you can see, I "fingers crossed" HOPEFULLY got through that hump and hit 195 instead of fluctuating from 199-200 and back like I was last week. 195!! Wow! 75 lbs down!! And 60 to my original goal of 135. My BMI has gone down from 45 - 32!!! Still technically "obese" I guess, but I don't care. I am so much healthier and I think another few pounds and I will be considered "overweight" instead! LOL!
Just keep going people!! Do NOT give up! I know it can get hard. Just look at my March!! But I didn't give up. I kept chugging along and literally worked my butt off at the gym! Sometimes your body messes with you and "takes a break" but it will get back on track if you stay with it. Good luck all!
Let's hope next week I am not pulling my hair out again!! HEHE!!

Thanks for all the congrats and words of support! I truly appreciate it. As I am sure some of you know, I have been pretty frustrated lately. It is nice to finally get results from working hard (even through gains and maintains!)
My next goal is to hit 179 by Memorial Day!! Fingers crossed!!!!0 -
I had the same issue happen to me last week. the scale says that I gained like 3-4 lbs, which I knew was not possible. I would to have eaten a bazillion calories over my limit to gain that much weight. I figured I would just plug along and stay away from the scale for a few weeks. It messed with my head too and I know it was not really gained weight.
I bought a pair of size 16's at the beginning of March, and I have the suckers on right now and they are loose ( I even put them in the dryer on the 1st wash so the WOULD shrink:laugh: )
I'll let you know next week if I broke the 30lb mark.0
